Ordered the coffee. They have no half & half. It’s so watered down too. I’m eating the grit bowl as I type. Where’s the sausage in the sausage gravy? They were out of pickled red onions too. Said they don’t do those anymore. Take it off the menu. Two of my friends have the biscuits and gravy and it has a single crumble of sausage.

⭐⭐⭐ We recently visited The Village Corner and overall had an okay experience. The service was good and Joscalyn W. was such a sweet girl she really made us feel welcomed. We also really enjoyed the pimento cheese dip. The food itself was a little hit or miss for us. The mac and cheese was way too cheesy for my taste, and I honestly did not enjoy my side Caesar salad. The dressing had a slightly sweet taste to it for some reason, which just wasn’t for me. My son also didn’t really enjoy the buffalo chicken wrap because you could barely taste the buffalo sauce and overall the flavor just wasn’t there. He also didn’t care for the seasoning on the fries that came with the wrap. One thing I did think was very thoughtful was that our server brought us a sweet little treat at the end beautiful chocolate mints shaped like bows, which was so good! With that being said, we would definitely come back for the kids fries because those were actually really good and the chocolate mint treats! Overall, not a bad experience just a few things we personally didn’t love.

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and was not disappointed! Fast and kind service, fair pricing, delicious food! We ordered the chicken & waffles with side of cheese grits and biscuits & gravy with fried chicken. They even brought out chocolate mints with the bill. What a great place, would definitely return!

Found the village corner, Comfort, kitchen and bar because of its ratings on Google and was not disappointed. There were four of us and each ordered a different part of the menu and each one of the dishes was very tasty and delicious. The sliced fried chicken on top of a salad and chicken salad was very tender and tasty. The broccoli Caesar salad was interesting and the two salads that were ordered were plenty large. This was a good place to catch a bite to eat. A cute little bear caught my eye and found it is filled with “hot honey” which is good on many different foods and is a mixture of Texas Pete’s and honey.
